2010 Top Brokers and Broker of the Year |
Based
in NAI Capital’s Encino office, Carmichael specializes in industrial
sales and leasing. During his tenure at NAI Capital, Carmichael has
consistently been one of the brokerage firm’s top producers, earning the
prestigious Circle of Excellence Award for a second time, a distinction
initially given to brokers when they earn Capital Club status for a
fifth time. Carmichael’s 2010 recognition marks the 10th time he has
been recognized in Capital Club as a top producer. This is his first
time earning Broker of the Year.
Carmichael attributed his
current success to long standing relationships with both owners and
tenants and being able to assist them with navigating their real estate
holding and requirements through the recent economic challenges.
NAI
Capital is also pleased to announce its Capital Club Award recipients
who ranked as the firm’s top producing brokers for 2010. The
distinction is awarded to the highest grossing brokers throughout the
company’s 14 regional offices. Notably, the top five producing brokers
are all based within NAI Capital’s Encino, California headquarters.
This
year, the 2010 top producers will be recognized for their achievement
at an awards ceremony to be held at the Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio
